BIOGRAPHY

With over 25 years of experience, Benjamin Waltuch represents domestic and international companies with financing transactions.

His work focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions including IPOs and other US securities filings, venture capital and private equity investments, M&A transactions, commercial agreements, and loan facilities. Benjamin has also represented US domestic and foreign private issuers in IPOs and follow-on offerings, going-private transactions, and SEC periodic reporting. He advises these clients on their ongoing legal needs focusing on angel or venture capital financing, public offerings, and other fundraising.

Benjamin also serves as a lecturer and mentor at various accelerators and entrepreneurial programs, as well as a judge for start-up companies as part of the Mass Challenge Israel competition.

Benjamin’s clients range from banks, VC funds, and other financial institutions to companies in the hi-tech, solar and green energy, hospitality, manufacturing, telecom, software, medical device, and pharmaceutics industries. He represents companies and their financing sources, buyers and sellers, lenders and borrowers, service providers and customers, as well as emerging growth companies and their investors, from the very early stages of their development through their public and private financings and exit transactions.
