BIOGRAPHY
With over 35 years of experience, Meny Broid has vast expertise in commercial and corporate law, agency and distribution, international trade law, joint ventures, M&As, Horizon and other European consortiums, and R&D programs.
His work includes handling and coordinating international and local legal matters of Israeli clients, the representation of foreign clients in Israel, and the representation of academic and other participants in R&D projects. He has been involved in representing clients from different cultural backgrounds and legal systems while working in various languages and assisting clients in bridging the gap between Israeli and international legal and business environments.
Meny also serves as a notary and is a Member of the Board of Management and Legal Advisor of Israel–Latin America Chamber of Commerce.
Meny’s clients range from startups to Fortune 500 companies. He represents companies and private investors from Spain and Latin America spanning a wide range of industries, as well as a broad cross-section of major Israeli companies and industry groups in their dealings with Spanish and Latin American organizations.
