With 15 years of experience, Michal Rom has vast expertise in licensing transactions involving academia and hospitals and in representing biotech companies in clinical trials, throughout all stages of development.
Her work includes negotiating terms, drafting agreements, and counseling start-ups and large companies. She has been involved in licensing matters; manufacturing, quality, and supply agreements; and clinical trials in multicenter studies in Israel, the U.S., Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and more.
Michal’s clients range from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She represents clients such as biotech and pharmaceutical companies, as well as tech transfer offices for academic institutions and hospitals.
